Get to Know Your Customers Day is July 21st! Here at Auto Glass Service, because we value our customers and their safety, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service every day. A large part of providing our customers with honest service is listening (not just hearing) to our customers and what they have to say about the experience with Auto Glass Service. This is one of the many ways that we get to know you, as a person and a valued customer.

Whether we come to you with our free mobile repair service or we file your insurance claim on your behalf, we’re always here to support you and your auto glass needs. Being your partner from start to finish also helps us get to know you, and gives you the opportunity to learn more about our team. Have you ever filled out our customer evaluation form? This is an important tool for us because it gives us information about what we did right and what areas we can improve on. Make sure to utilize this form after your service is completed, as YOUR feedback is one of the most important measures of our success.

We know our customers are busy and that auto glass repair/replacement isn’t typically something you’ve penciled into your calendar in advance so we try to make the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible!
