Rod M. did the installation. Rod did an excellent, thorough, and conscientious job. It was very evident that he is well qualified as he displayed his competencies during the install. Proper installation and customer satisfaction were his top priorities. He and his work exceeded my expectations. I also very much appreciated his professional, social, and communication skills. I was treated cordially and with respect. He took the time to explain and address any questions or concerns I had.

I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. The tech was wonderful, he came to my door and introduced himself and let me know he was there even though I knew he was coming. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me what had happened to my previous windshield and he explained to me about the dry rot of the rubber around the windshield and what not to use on it. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain that to me as I don't know much about that kind of thing.....I would definitely recommend your company to any of my friends, family, and co-workers because of the good experience that I had with him.
